Soon lunch time here in Sweden! Have you tried my Low Carb Pizza, easy, healthy and delicious!
Recipes for two:
2 eggs
1 cup milk or cream
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tablespoon fiberhusk
2 cups almond flour
Mix all ingredients. Let swell for about 5 min. Spread on a baking sheet and pre-bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees. Remove the pizza base and add the ingredients. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 225 degrees.
Tadaaa, done!
