Weight training and "the" shape!

I've just been training with weights for the first time after giving birth 6 weeks ago  and it felt amazing good. Have managed to work out two times before this session, but only with my own body weight. Just feel so alive and happy. Isn't the body amazing!? 

Don't bully me for our 80's gym, we will upgrade it very soon..haha.  AND I will also get a BODYPUMP kit, so I can start practice BODYPUMP in the garage, cool ey!?

We will also put up some mirrors and a plastic mat to cover the floor. So...NO excuses for not having the time to exercise :)






"The" shape six weeks after...feeling healthy, strong and healing well. I hasten slowly.
